Truscott 2NT

After partner has opened 1 of a major and the next opp player has doubled we are probably looking to compete in a part score. We have the advantage merely because we were first to bid lets keep it that way so get in and bid.

Truscott Bids
2 of the major will be a weak hand (4-6 pts) with three trumps
3 of the major would show 6-9 pts and three card support
2NT would show a limit raise (10-11) in the major.
XX shows a balanced 9+ hand and 2 card support
1NT is tr to Clubs
after the tr pass with clubs
bid 5 card suit with 2 card support
rebid major with 2 card support
